Aging Contemplatively: Weaving a New Shelter

"Aging Contemplatively: Weaving a New Shelter" with the Rev. Mary Earle "From the moment that we are born, we begin the process of aging. As Willie Nelson would say, we go through phases and stages. At the various times of transition in our lives, we find ourselves needing to de-clutter both externally and internally. The interior process of decluttering offers us increasing inner freedom, calm and the ability to be less caught up in our own dramas. During our time together, using material from the Celtic tradition, we will reflect on aging as invitation as well as limitation. We will tell stories, and we will write some prayers. And through it all we will remember that this human life is short, and mysterious, shot through with grace and glory."   -- the Rev. Mary Earle About Our Speaker Mary C.
